All orders are shipped within 1-3 working days of payment. See shipping for further details as there are many variations based on your location, however most orders are received within 1-5 working days.

A) If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed. Please ensure that your billing name is entered exactly as it appears on your card. For the protection of our customers, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate.

B) If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed for additional confirmations.

Depending on the products, all orders are shipped from either our fulfillment center in WA or warehouse in GA and delivered in standard brown boxes that are packed with care.

USA – The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select. Shipping rates vary depending on region and are calculated when your shipping information is entered during the checkout process. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Please note that transit times for the delivery method you select do not include order-processing time.

International – To help serve you better, international ordering is processed through one of our trusted partners in your area, please email us and we will re-direct you to the most suitable certified re-seller.
